Section 1 – BEES, HONEY AND WAX
1. All exhibits must have been produced in the surrounding
community within the past year.
2. Class 1 is to be judged on uniformity of color, bees,
presence of queen, brood, and honey, cleanliness and appearance of observation hive.
3. Comb honey is to be judged on perfection filling,
uniformity of capping, neatness, and cleanliness of section.
4. Extracted honey is to be judged on body, clarity and
cleanliness.
5. Beeswax is to be judged on color and purity.
6. If two or more youth exhibits are entered in any one
class, a youth class will be established.
